In a glass bowl, combine the oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger and green chilli and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. 2. Add the turai, turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Cover with a lid and microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes. 3. Add the coconut, sugar and lemon juice, cover with a lid and microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes. 4.
