Serves 4 Ingredients 2 cups lettuce, torn into pieces ½ cup tomatoes, diced ½ cup capsicum, diced 2 tablespoons methi sprouts 1 teaspoon lemon juice salt and pepper to taste Method 1. Soak the lettuce in chilled water for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and discard the water. 2. Mix all the ingredients together and serve immediately.
