IDIYAPPAM- Serves 5 Ingredients Raw Rice 1/2 Kg Coconut 1/2 grated Water 1 cup Salt to taste Method Soak rice in water for 4 hrs then dry it, then grind it to make fine powder. Heat the powder for 10mts until the powder becomes light brown.Sieve the powder. Mix Hot water and salt to make a smooth ball. Put this in a idiyyapam maker and make it in a thread like form. Put this in a iddli maker after applying oil and cook it for 2mts in a cooker. Idiyyappam can be served with stew curry.
