Buttermilk Rasam : Preparation Time : 10 minutes Cooking Time : : 10 minutes Serves / Makes : 2-3 Ingredients Buttermilk - 3 glasses Turmeric pdr - a pinch Salt - to taste Refined oil - one spoon Jeera - ˝ spoon Mustard seeds - ˝ spoon Asafotida - a pinch Curry leaves - a pinch Rasam pdr - ˝ spoon Method 1.Make around 3 glasses of buttermilk from slightly sour curd. 2.To this add salt, turmeric pdr & rasam pdr. 3.Please don’t boil this . Slightly heat it in a simmered flame. 4.In a fry pan take the oil, jeera,mustard seeds asafetida and curry leaves and sauté it. 5.Mix it with the rasam and it’s ready to serve.
